1. Bookings & confirmation
Submitting an inquiry or starting checkout does not guarantee a place until we confirm availability in writing (email, phone or WhatsApp). Prices shown in USD, EUR or GBP are conversions from our MAD base price and may be rounded.
2. Pricing & currency
Catalogue prices are stored in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). The currency switcher displays approximate USD, EUR and GBP equivalents. Final charged amounts for online payments depend on the payment provider and may be settled in a supported currency.
3. Payments
When Stripe or PayPal is enabled, payments are processed by those providers. We do not store full card numbers. Inquiries without payment remain subject to later confirmation of deposit or balance.
4. Cancellations & changes
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your excursion or transfer. If you cancel within 48 hours, a fee may apply as confirmed when we accept your booking. Changes of date are handled case by case subject to availability.
Weather, road closures or safety conditions may require rescheduling. When that happens we offer an alternative date or activity when reasonably possible. Full policy details are confirmed in writing (email, phone or WhatsApp) at booking time.
5. Guest responsibilities
Provide accurate contact details (including phone with country code). Follow guide instructions on desert, mountain and adventure activities. Some experiences have age or fitness requirements.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care in selecting partners and vehicles. Adventure activities carry inherent risk; guests participate at their own risk within the limits of applicable law.
